If your Children Story Time purchase does not meet your expectations or kids are not happy with what they have, please feel free to return the items to us within one week of delivery.
To return an item, it must be new or unused; tags should be provided with the product while returning, and we will also require the receipt of payment made at the time of purchase.

Please follow the steps to make a return:

• Our team will provide you with the return labels via email
• Print the return label and adhere to the returning package
• Drop off your package at your nearest courier service.

Return of product with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, replaced, or refunded by our company.

Any purchase made through a gift card will be returned through points or store credits. The customer will pay return shipping charges. Feel free to contact our support staff anytime for assistance.

Where do you ship?

We ship in the US only for now and looking forward to expanding our delivery and services worldwide. So all the kids can benefit from our learning platform and improve their creative skills.

How long does it take after ordering to receive my order?

It takes around 2-3 business days to dispatch items from our warehouse. Standard shipping takes around 3-5 business days to deliver your parcel to your doorstep.

We now offer only monthly subscription plans for kids, teachers, and parents. When you sign up for the first time with us, we give you the first month free of cost so you can enjoy all the tools
and activities as a subscription reward from us. This way, you will have a complete idea of the overall program and will be able to decide to move with us from the second month.

How can I cancel my subscription?

We provide you with a hassle-free way to cancel your subscription if you no longer want to use our services. Just email our customer care, and they will cancel your subscription and delete all your personal data for security purposes.
